I was wondering how to speed up access to tools. The table is not very fast and access to tools is not ideal. There are several options, but there is no ideal procedure here either. One option is through templates, or through favorite templates. It's a shame that it's not possible to organize it even better.
Then there's probably an option to make favorite tools in the library and then insert the entire favorite library into the active document and access the tools directly from the list operation. We tried it some time ago, but it behaved strangely.
Wouldn't it be possible to make some favorite tools and be able to access them from the list?
Or what is your tried and tested procedure and does it really work well?

The speed of the tool library indeed is sometimes annoying yet, it gets a lot better if you turn off all the vendor libraries and remove old/unused libraries as well.
not saying it's a magic bullet but it at least helps.

The issue of Tool Library performance is raised frequently, both by our customers as well as internally. It's something we're keen on solving, and in fact, we've made some great progress in that area. In an upcoming release, you'll find that performance has been improved across all the libraries.
As for your suggestions; they do have merit and could theoretically be implemented, but only after a large chunk of work is commenced, which isn't on our foreseeable roadmap.
