The title explains what happened.  How do I get my Cloud tool library back?  I have Enable Cloud Libraries turned on in Preferences.

When you go to the web view of your hub, do you see an Assets project, or maybe more than one?

I do have an Assets project but the individual project folders are empty.

Hmm. Sounds like they were not brought over during the merge. I'm checking with some folks here regarding what is supposed to happen to those files during a merge. Do you still have access to the original hub? (I'm assuming it was a personal hub?)

This is the hub I've had for the past year or so.  I didn't create a new hub for this last migration.  There were no instructions except to click the button to initiate the migration.

@grateful42 -- Just so I'm clear. So, this happened to you related to a hub migration? Was it from a personal to a team hub?

Thanks,

  Jeff

I think so? I had the same experience as the OP, I just clicked ok because it was forcing it on me. Can you explain how this is meant to be working? I attached a picture of the sign in options I have now. If I switch to the one with just my name everything is there but everything is read only. If I switch to the team hub option nothing is there in the tool or post library. But it looks like they are still there in the assets folder, so I suppose I could just import them into the libraries. What's supposed to be happening here? Am I meant to be using the 'team hub' option in the sign in? Am I ultimately meant to remove the other option?

Hi, I also lost my CAMPosts library.

I use a customized post-processor that is crucial to work with my machine.

Can someone find a way to get my post-processor back? It's quite urgent

Does your sidebar have a team hub account and a separate user account like mine did in the screenshot I posted? I was able to switch into the non-team which made everything show back up but it was all read only. There was however an assets folder that contained my posts and tool libraries and I was able to manually export those as files to my pc and then switch back to the team hub and manually import them. I don't know if this is the intended method but it got me working again, hopefully yours are there too.

@tspinetti

Please find more details on Moving everyone to fully featured hubs in Autodesk Fusion

There is no data loss. your data successfully to Team hub. please find below details and step to get Assets (library)

What happens to the Assets library after upgrading?

Your single user storage Assets Library is going to be included in the upgrade process. There are two scenarios to consider:

  • New Fusion hub
If you are creating a new Fusion hub as part of the process, your single user storage Assets Library contents will automatically be moved into the Assets Library.

  • Existing Fusion hub
If you are migrating to an Fusion hub, there will may already be an Assets Library. To avoid loss of data, the assets from your single user storage will be migrated as a new project in the destination Fusion hub. The project name will be appended with your First and Last name, e.g. Andrew Davis – Assets. The below image is showing two users that have upgraded to the same Fusion hub with their own unique Assets projects.

The reason we are doing this is to ensure your contents do not get left behind and also account for multiple users that are consolidating to one Fusion hub.

Once you have upgraded, then you can simply move/copy the contents into the existing Assets library. The best way to accomplish this is by going out to your Fusion hub via the web browser.

I checked yesterday and my Asset folders were empty.  This morning my Asset folders have data.  Six days for the data to show up!?

I had the same problem, and this worked for me:

Fusion Cloud assets (libraries) are missing after transferring from Single-User Storage to Team Hub
