tool library crashes

autodesk fusion -- when i try to access the tool library or select a tool the system crashes.

Thanks for reporting this.

Could you please share a little more information so we can investigate?

• A short video showing the crash when opening the Tool Library or selecting a tool
• Your Fusion build number
• Your operating system
• Whether this happens in all designs or only a specific file
• Whether Fusion crashes immediately when opening the Tool Library, or only after selecting a particular tool
• Your Fusion Diagnostic Logs from Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files

If a crash report is generated, please also share the CER report ID.

This should help us narrow down the cause and try to reproduce the issue.

I found out that our PC is running windows 10 pro and the graphics drives
are not good enough to allow the Fusion 360 tool library to be seen. The
window opens with no information inside. Question,do you think we can
upgrade the PC to windows 11 pro and it would fix the problem or should we
just replace the PC with a newer one?
