tool libraries are "not normal" after computer restart

My fusion 36  exited with power outage.

Now my tool library is not what it used to be.... not sure how else to describe it.

Most of the menu is grayed-out and "disabled"

I removed and reloaded F360. Under cloud is empty ( Note: i already checked and rechecked in my

preferences. that cloud is enabled.

It looks like you downloaded the update but never restarted. When you lost power, that acted as the restart. If you wish to revert back to the old Tool Library, go into Preferences > Preview Features and turn off the toggle for the New Tool Library

Clearly I have a poor opinion of the new tool library look, if I mistook it as a bug.
