Threading tool on wrong axis after latest F360 update

I've used my threading tool in the lathe CAM in the past with no problems. Tried making a part today, everything simulated and looked good. Loaded it into PAthPilot (Tormach) and it's trying to cut from the -X with only that tool. All of the other tools are fine.

The orientation is correct in F360, same as the rest and same as it has been. Any ideas?

Also how can I tell F360 to use the RH side of the parting tool insert as the cutting edge? PathPilot uses the RH side, F360 uses the left side. This caused a crash earlier and destroyed my parting tool because it rammed it into the face, expecting the cutting edge to be ~0.165" farther over. Really annoying
