Tabbing Multiple Parts

I'm trying to generate a tool path to cut out multiple parts from a sheet of aluminum.  I designed my model and can select all contours, but when the tool path generates it doesn't cut out every single piece.  Is there something I did wrong in my model or in my contour selection for generating the tool path?

Hard to verify stuff with the way you shared the file (it goes in a viewer in the browser... unless I don't know how to open it in Fusion), but, what it looks like to me at 1st sight is that your tool is exactly the width of the space between each part.  If that is the case, 2d contour does not like to self intersect...  you are not really self intersecting, but i think Fusion considers a 1:1 tool-slot ratio to be self intersecting.  Try reducing the diameter of your tool by 0.0001" or so, and it should work I think, and won't affect your end result.

If your tool is smaller than the spacer between the parts, then I'm way off, but I can't verify anything with the link you provided.
