Simulation\Stock\Comparison BUG

Hi Everyone,

I've been loving using the comparison option in the toolpath simulation - its awesome.

However, a few days ago the various colours that should be applied stopped working, and now when I activate it my stock appears to be steel rather than either green or blue ect.

any ideas please?

Is this with all files, or just this one? I'm not seeing the issue on my end. Have you restarted Fusion and your computer?
Mac or PC?

Hi Seth,

Thanks for responding.

It affects all files, even older ones that I've previously used the function on.

I'm running windows 10.

Both the PC and Fusion have been restarted several times since the initial issue.

Many thanks

Andy

And toggling the Stock simulation back and forth changes nothing?

Hi Seth,

If I toggle the options:

Comparison turns the stock model to a steel colour.

Operation turns the stock to the usual green colour.

No matter what I do with Comparison (Model on/model off ect), the stock is a steel colour. Once the tool path is simulated (and during) the part stays as steel, with nothing showing from the comparison colours.

Very strange, to say this is also affecting parts, that have previously run with comparison - and cut properly. The feature is awesome, when I had it working.

Kind Regards

Andy

Hi Seth,

Sorry for the delay - I've been away.

Toggling back and forth changes the stock colour only. The usual colours are present until I select comparison, at which point the stock colour becomes a metallic steel colour.

I uninstalled, cleaned up (lost my tool library - lesson learned) and reinstalled. The comparison worked perfectly - once, before returning back to the same issue.

Still no Joy.

Kind Regards

Andy
