Hello,

I run into an issue that when i generate multi axis rotary parallel path, the simulation is perfect, but when i generate NC the x axis is going to X minus, what is really wrong cause it should use C axis to change "side".

Its going like this:

N143 X13.315 C4=ACN(60.154)
N144 X12.83 C4=ACN(60.974)
N145 X12.345 C4=ACN(61.81)

The one from Autodesk library called:

Siemens mill-turn v. 45909

@patryk14901 From the output I can say most likely TCP is enabled, search for operationSupportsTCP if its enabled true, then it outputs TCP coordinates if false then you get the desired coordinates.

If the problem still persists, please attach the project and post.

@patryk14901  For the live tool / spindle speed issue, the standard Autodesk Siemens mill-turn post has generic spindle definitions that likely don't match your DMG CLX 450 configuration.

DMG CLX 450 TC machines typically use:

Main spindle: S4 (with SETMS(4))
Sub spindle: S3 (with SETMS(3))
Live tool: S1 (with SETMS(1))

Check lines 280-282 in your post and update to match your machine:

Change from:

var mainSpindleAxisName = ["SP1", 1];
var subSpindleAxisName = ["SP3", 3];
var liveToolSpindleAxisName = ["SP2", 2];

to:

var mainSpindleAxisName = ["S4", 4];
var subSpindleAxisName = ["S3", 3];
var liveToolSpindleAxisName = ["S1", 1];

You can verify the correct spindle numbers by checking your machine documentation or looking at a working program from your machine.

Thanks a lot @aju_augustine for the reply, everything seems to work fine, untill I check how long program runs, in fusion it says about 1h, although in the machine simulation says almost 4 days

What could be a reason?

I have aluminium material

Feed set to 6000

Spindle to 8000

Edit: i also noticed about 1000 lines of movement without z Axis, what makes program basically do nothing for 20 minutes.

Do you have some idea what causes that?

Clearance is set to 5mm above, g54 is on the face of model.

@patryk14901For the cycle time difference, it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without seeing the output. Most likely this is related to the multi-axis milling operations.

Could you share the NC program you are running?

Thanks for reminder, I still have issues with postprocessor.

The NC is similar to the 2nd I shared in firs post.

I'll share beginning of 3d rotary code I generated.

Still, I have issue with:

Cycle832 transformation not set.
