scallop Tool Path

I am trying to do a scallop to create a channel, one end is 1.25 dia and the other is .890 dia. One end is correct and the other is not, see the images attached. I have tried it with both ends closed with a surface and withou getting the same result. I have done this before okay and saved it as a template which I am using. Drawn in Rhino and imported as a 3dm file.

Any idea?

Are you able to share the Fusion File?

I found a work around. I tilted the end surface a bit as it didn't matter as it was off the part. I generated the toolpath a few times and it made an acceptable version. Interesting that it did not produce the same path each time with no changes to the settings.
