You are using 2d adaptive with the wrong geometry selected, and the depth is too shallow to include the pocket itself. 

Adaptive is usually done with a much larger DOC as well, usually 2x the tool diameter.

It's also .328 wide and your tool is .313, so all leads and stock adjustments must equal less then .015". Use 2D contour with ramp.
