Rear approach and gang tooling

I'm trying to use gang tooling with an approach from the rear of the machine. No matter what I've tried, the tool always tries to go across spindle center line. I've had some success by substituting X to X- but when there is a radius involved the I and J are backwards as well.

I'm using a Centroid Mill/Turn Post

What setting do you have for the Turret under the Post Processor tab for your tool, for Gang tooling it should be either 103 or 104, I would be leaning towards the 104, below is a small Facing pass and the only X- value is the TNR of the insert times two, does this help ??

Thanks for the input. However, I cannot seem to find where I can actually set the turret position to 104. I followed the instructions on youtube but my edit tab is grayed out and will not let me. Any suggestions?

Not sure what you meant by your "Edit is greyed out", where are you trying to set the 104 ??

I set it in the tool under the "Post Processor" Tab as in the image below and that seems to work, for example a TNR value of 0.8mm will result in an X-1.6mm travel on a simple Facing operation so that would look correct to me.
