Ramp TP Gouging Part

Hey all you CAM wizards.  Any idea why the second step down in a Ramp toolpath would cut deeper than the other steps?  I imagine you'll need to see my whole model & the TP settings to advise, but I can't share it publicly so how do I provide that info?

So I've looked at your file, and I'm not seeing where it would gouge into the part. What you are seeing as "cutting in" is actually the tool above not cutting in enough:

Thanks for looking at this Seth.  I see what you're saying, but since I have the same TPs (Morphed Spiral followed by Ramp) on both the top and bottom of the part, and it's only the one on the bottom that leaves a mark on the actual cut part, I assumed it was cutting in too deep. After messing with the TPs and different tools I've now cut this part 4 times and it always has a ridge at that point of the profile.  Weird.
