I am getting the error in the above image when trying to simulate a 3D adaptive. I have enabled In-Process Stock - Mesh Check Safety but I am still getting this issue.

Have you tried.  No in process stock?

Seeing this issue a lot on my end as well. Customers reporting issues with stock during simulations. Setups are all solid, can't find any issues. Hosted a training as well last week and this same error was randomly popping with one of my students. Following to see if anyone has found a fix.

Clear cache, re install, check mesh settings, none seemed to worked.

If you have a design file that reproduces this issue and can share it with us, then it would be helpful if you could do that.

The issues tend to be sensitive to the "Accuracy" setting in simulation. If you are getting the "Stock not updating" error, then changing the accuracy will often avoid the problem.

Verification is always performed at a specific accuracy setting and you can't change that. So if you are getting the "Verification interrupted" error, like the one in the image in the original post, changing the simulation accuracy won't help. You might be able to avoid the problem by making a different selection for simulation. That is, maybe simulate the whole setup rather than just one operation, or vice versa.
