"Fusion 360 Library" missing from machine list on Mac - ok on PC

Good morning,

A student contacted me and the Fusion 360 Library is not in the machine list when you select the machine button in the New Setup dialog box. (screenshot)

  • It is ok on my PC but when I login on my Mac it is the same as his computer.
  • "Use cloud libraries" in preferences is checked on both systems.
  • Have unchecked and recheck/apply and restart without success
  • Nothing appears to be in the Trash folders in the cloud as seen in other posts here.

Can you try something on the machines having this problem: Go to a browser and navigate to https://cam.autodesk.com/machineslist.

Does something come up?

Thanks,

  Jeff

Thanks for the prompt response.  Odd part to me is that it works on my PC laptop as normal(same account)

"No machines found."

Further: On my PC the link you sent above does have machines in the list... None on the mac.

I've noticed a bit of flakiness myself. Does it help to refresh the page, or click on one of the other areas (e.g., posts), and then back to machines? It might be also useful to bring up the development tools in the browser, and see what errors are noted - if any.

Thanks,

  Jeff

Refresh no change. Other areas seem fine.  When I add/build a machine and refer to a post that works.

Not sure how to turn on development tools. (Fusion's browser/tree or the internet browser?)

Here are the log files.

Thank you for your time on this.

Further student's issue is on a PC based computer so operating platform is not the issue.

Thanks. That's certainly the same issue. We think we have a problem on one of our load balanced servers. Working on it.

We've pushed an update to the relevant web site. It would be good to know if you're still seeing this.

Thanks,

  Jeff

Is this still not working? If not, could you please try to access both of these?

and

Thanks,
