@Anonymous
There seem to be two issues here: one is a known bug with unequal finish allowances that will be fixed in the upcoming update. As a workaround you can try setting your finish allowances to the same value. The other issue is, your tool seems to be oriented incorrectly for inside turning. The insert needs to be pointing towards +X. I changed the holder hand to right handed and got a correct toolpath (after also making finish allowances equal).

I am having a problem roughing the od of my part i have programmed turning jobs before but not ones like this it is failing to do a tool path and says part is in two parts
Can you share your part here? It's likely something altogether different from what the OP was dealing with.

Turn on "spun profile" in the Preferences > Preview Features
That will get you this:
Now, if your next question is going to involve hoe to machine that groove.....yeah, good luck with that 😄

I cant do what i wanted to do for groove. We normally chain sweep that part on a milling machine i wanted to get it to rotate c and just move x up and down with a 3mm ball nose with c rotation using the rotary option but this is an extra option which we didn't know when we got the software the extra cost is not worth it for the amount we would use it i think so we will have to do it how we are now. always better to have less ops if pos
The Rotary won't get you the toolpath you need anyways. It may be possible with 2D Contour and Wrap, but will require some fudging around
