Processing multiple objects in same project

Greetings, 

I manufacture windows for historic homes and properties. The typical project will include several windows of the same size and include several sizes of windows (like 15 units @ 32 x 60 and 5 units at 34 x 72). The dims of the individual units are in an Access DB and I can easily create a report with all the germane dimension to create a model of each one. 

I need to create 2D shop drawings of each sized window (it would be cool to provide the client with 3D too) to provide the client and use in the shop. Additionally, we apply exterior cladding that's cut from 4x8 sheets of an MDF like material. This consists of 20 - 60 pieces. 

When I figure out how to attach some illustrations of the shop drawing and the parts cut sheet I will. 

Thus far, my Fusion Guru associate has been able to create both the drawings and the DXF CNC cut list but there are far too many steps involved. 

Is Fusion 360 the right tool for the job or is there any such tool available?

Is it possible to automate this process?

I've been working with Mr. Hepburn in this project for the last month and I'm responsible for generating the drawings and DXF files that he mentions using Fusion 360. He has asked me to provide you with file examples of our work so far, prior to the scheduled meeting so you can be more informed of our current situation and needs.
