Best way to 3d print with overhang on an Ender 3?

Hi, 

I've got a piece I'm prototyping that has a cylindrical portion that is causing an issue. My issue is with the supports...How should I position the piece in such a way to where it won't have supports that are irremovable?

Additional context: I am attempting to make a modified version of the articulated finger extensions (link below). Any other input in converting the mesh file to solid body for editing, etc. would be appreciated.

wrong forum to ask, mate. Check the ender groups online. I use a single layer Z distance between support and part and never have issues.
