Problems with toolpath generation after resent updates. Fusion 360 CAM Milling

Hi, i just installed the update to fusion 360 and now i cant generalte toolpatchs anymore. Even some of my old work now has errors in toolpaths i have previously milled.

I made a simple draing of a square box with only 1mm stock on top and tried to do a facing opperation as a control. Even this simple job has errors.

I can generate some toolpaths if i use the tools from the tutorial tool libary, but now my own cloud based tool libary.

How should i go about solving this issue?

The error message on the toolpaths is as follows:

Enabled feature flags: online-system-library setup-sheet-viewer tool-library-v4-release

Invalidated: Generation failed

Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel.

Screen dump of error attached.

Is it possible you have any non-ascii characters in the tool name? Such as the degree or diameter symbol, õ, or any such non-english text?Remove those and you should be able to proceed

Hi, thanks for trying to help so quickly.

None of my tools has special symbols in the names or anywhere else, please see attached tool Library.

Just FYI, i tried to make a quick new test tool in the same libary and it works. Maybe the libary got corrupted in some way? It would suck if i need to remake all my tools?

I now tried to make a new tool with same specifications as the old one but there was no result from that.

Still getting error below:

Enabled feature flags: online-system-library setup-sheet-viewer tool-library-v4-release

Invalidated: Generation failed

Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel.

Jesus, in my panic i found the solution was exactly what you wrote....

In my language we use the letter "ø" to indicate diameter, this letter is not part of the english language and fusion 360 does not accept this after the update. After removing the letter from my tool names it all works again.

New notes which may help someone else.  Letters and cutting path were created before the update over night after which the tool path would not generate.  I removed and started over,  first  attempt I selected all characters again, and again the tool path would not generate it simple sat at 0%.  2nd attempt deleted and started over one letter at a time. generated tool path for K, added E worked again, added next E worked, added N (sideways) failed to generate,  selected and deleted N.  Generated again, added P , worked, and each remaining letter one at a time and the path generated. Tool path generation simply hangs with the N, no idea why. Not sure what this issues.  This is repeatable. If I create a 2nd profile of just the N alone toolpath generates fine.

I've seen this pop up a couple times, it's quite elusive thus far. The easy solution is to define an "Entry Point":
