Problem with Wrapped Toolpath Axis Substitution.

I am trying to machine a four start helix . I have tried so many different ways but always end up with the following warning: Dependency  on operation set up2 is ignored because it doesn't use axis substitution. Toolpaths are generated and simulation plays OK but so far I have had no success in getting any g-code when I attempt to Post Process

I posted the file using Tormach PP from installed library, attached in zip folder.

Except for one detail, after running programmed tool path, you need to cut taper from vertical walls by using taper end mill, see why further back in one of my posts.

You are not showing any tool paths, you can use 2D contour with passes and depth cuts to rough out stock and finish shaft leaving some stock.

After that sketch 4 lines, 90 degrees apart in XY plane and use them as tool orientation.

Using ball end mill and 3D contour or Scallop, machine each of the 4 sections so that tool paths overlap by small value.

Assuming 4th axis work, each line used as tool orientation will index A axis, you need 4 operations, after programming first, duplicate operation 3 times, change tool orientation for each one and regenerate operation.

All sharp corners will have fillet and some areas will not be fully accessible.

Well, there is a learning curve, try harder and follow provided training materials to acquire basic skills before tackling complex projects.

If you search "4th axis" subject, you will find practical examples in other posts that will make it easier, here is a illustration of using tool orientation to index A axis for machining desired side of model.
