Problem with GRBL Post Processor Failing

Hello All, I'm not new to the forums but have never posted, always found my solution, So hear it goes, until recently, all was well, my OX CNC using GRBL (CNC XPRO V5) has worked flawless, but I haven't used it since June, So today I model up a Mickey Mouse Sign for my sisters daughter, the cam went as expected, everything generated as expected but when I post process with the same GRBL.cps from library, it fails.

I have attached the Model file and the fail log image and report from Fusion, I jumped in on the livestream for a minute and asked around and got a answer to check the tool coolant setting and machine setting, all have flood/mist turned on, I created a new machine the same as my old profile, regenerated the tool paths, and I still get the error and failure, the post used to work because I have the files. same setting, same profiles, same tools, I just can't figure it out.

I hope someone can give me a hint, if you any more information please ask for it, I'll give you what I can to try and fix this,

I thought I would add a photo of a NC file created previous and the current one that failed, and the the current GRBL post processor I used, I also tried out different GRBL post processor versions and they all fail.

Thanks again for any help,

Ken

If you change to Flood coolant, for both operations, it will post successfully with a caution that the work offset has not been specified.  It will be using G54 as WCS.

Sorry for the delay in response, once I managed to get the post processor working I had to get cutting. So I’ll he solution provided above worked perfect, however it outputs the coolant as a M8 (Flood) and with Mist, which I need it, used to output coolant as M7. And this function actually worked in Fusion before. The post processor used to support the mist function with M7. But the work around for me does work, just a little manual editing and it’s back in action. I wonder if it would be a better option to have a specific post processor for the CNC Xpro V5 as I think it might support more commands then the current grbl post processor is supporting. But this is out of my league. 🙂 I want to thank you for the response, it saved me yesterday.
