Hi there.

I'm trying to make a 2D pocket on the surface of this wood piece. Trying to get the logo appear and the rest black (i'm using some chronos wood panel, white on top, black inside). But NO way to get that thing done, as you can see the down right part always stays out of touch. It's like if it did not exist or something. I tried everything all day long and it takes half an hour for my macbookpro to calculate that. ANd every time, a quarter is missing. I tried with adaptive clearing, and same issue... Any ideas ? Thanks a lot for your help.

Try 3D Pocket Clearing rather than 2D Pocketing. I used silhouette for the geometry. On the height tab use model top, as zero and for bottom use model top minus depth (-3 mm).
