You might have the "reorder to minimize tool changes" option checked in the post dialog.

I want that checked. i have my program running op1 and op2. they are in different programs but run off the same work offset. i have always checked that box and it worked but now it does all of op1 then all of op2. completely defeats the purpose.

There's seems to have been some changes to the way NC programs handles some items. This might be affected as well.

Not sure which post you're using but I just tested on my side with the generic Haas 3 axis post. You should have a separate Setup and offset for each of your ops. That should do it.

You can just make a copy of the setup, number it separately and add or remove any tools for the individual ops.

Im using the same post i always have. im not sure whats going on. i switched back to the legacy post and still having the issue. its pretty frustrating. i just tried using 2 work offsets but still didnt work. I do have Patterns in the operations. but i had them before so im at a loss here.

Something is off here, unless I'm understanding.

Going by your tool and op list above, it seem that some of the toolpaths in your project don't have the right tools assign to them. This is before even going to post.

Have a look at each toolpath in your project and make sure that the right tools are assign to each of them.
