Post processor list scrolls out of control

Running on a mac and when I go to change generic processors the cursor will not stop and sit on a selected processor. It just blows past or above. Tried holding various keys down while scrolling but no luck.

Anyone see this? I have only seen it now that I started using a mill and lathe post. before I never changed from the mill.

Thanks!

Ian

I don't have a Mac, and have never experienced this issue nor heard of it, so the best thing to do in my estimation would be to make a Screencast and attach it here. Generally when I have had unstoppable scrolling or repeating behavior issues it's because a key got stuck and I didn't notice it (and yes, I feel dumb when that happens and I think my computer hates me, then I realize I missed the clues).

I have looked into that issue and have the same behave.

The user is not able to select lower items in the list.

My Mac specs.

HI all -

This is a Mac-only issue that was discovered early this month.

A fix has been made, and will be delivered as part of the January update in a few weeks.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's good that a fix is incoming, but if I understand this right, how is someone able to select something on the list while it is scrolling?

Selection works OK at the top of the list, so I think the only thing you can do is to use a post that's up high in the list, or have a smaller list.

If you copy the post(s) you need into your own folder, and then work from that folder, I would think you can work around this behavior.

Glad a fix is inbound. New Lathe gets delivered 0n the 30th and I will be flipping between posts often.

As far as dealing with it now you "can" select lower items. Its just like a carnival game... Took me 20 min to get the one I wanted last night!

Thanks again!

Another workaround for this issue that I like to use is to create a small cloud library with just the posts you consistently use. Also, using the mouse wheel to scroll (instead of the top/bottom of the list) might help make things a little more manageable!
