Post Processor help for Fanuc CNC

I need help edit a post processor for a Fanuc VR510 mach 1S. There is a PDF attachment to the post processor requirement that would work beat with my machine.

Have you tried the Generic Fanuc that is shipped with Fusion? What you shared is very close to it. The only difference I saw (in a quick read through) is this:

G52X0Y0Z0

and

G08P1 for the high feedrate.

 

The one other difference is the use of 4 digit tool calls. In your example, is T2001 simply tool #2001 or is it doing more than that, such as activating or calling an offset?

To get the Fanuc VR510 Mach 1S post edited, I would recommend finding an HSM reseller in your area from this website

 

If you have not already, you might also want to check out the Fanuc Posts already published in the Post Library.
