It would seem to me that the next step would be to open up that old program in Notepad or Brackets and do a side by side comparison of the opening and closing lines, see where they diverge. Once you can narrow down what they might be, start modifying the Fusion posted code to be the same and see what does the trick. It's not a quick procedure, but it's also not something we can help you with, unless another user has an 802s control (which I don't think we have anyone that has that style)
Things to look for:
Special characters at any point the program that are not in the other
M or G codes that are not present in the other
Formatting of the program number, presence or abscence or a "O", ":", "%" etc
Do you have the manual for the machine? What does "Data Error" suggest for solutions?
