post process failing

Post process has started failing. All settings used have worked hundreds of time before today's efforts. All old projects that have worked in the past are now failing. I've created a file that I'll attach along with a log showing the failure and a screen shot of the post settings. Sometimes it produces empty .tap files, sometimes it produces incomplete .tap files.

The problem was apparently writing the gcode out to a flash drive. This has been my standard operating procedure in the past and worked well, but now it's having issues. Will post to a local disk from now on.

This is a known issue when posting to a root drive. There is a ticket open for this and it will be fixed in a future update.

The workarounds are as follows:
1) Use NC Programs to post out your code. Right click on the Setup and "Create NC Program".

2) Create a subfolder on that drive and post to that, transfer the files over

3) Set destination as a subfolder, but at posting confirmation, select the root. Only one extra click that way
