Hi

We will need more details to be able to help.

What error message do you get?

Are you using a machine in your setup?

If you can share your file that would be helpful too.

I keep getting this message when I try to attach my file.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

The attachment's rs-0102 top cap, com10 bearing v20.f3z content type (application/fusion) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

Hi

You can drag and drop it into a reply or Zip the file and attach, its an unfortunate bug in the forum software

Hi

You still haven't mentioned what the error message you are getting is.

I see you have no machine selected in your setup which is generally required for posting 5 axis programs.

You can set your axis configuration in the Haas post though and it will post process fine

You will need to verify that the rotations are correct as haas' often have the axes inverted compared to normal conventions

I think I made progress, but the machine flips around when I want the A-axis to stay in one position for all the operations with the B-axis( I can't get the C-axis to change to B) changing.

Hi

Machine Connector is not needed to post code, Its used for live connections for inspection probing cycles

https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=MFG-HOW-TO-WORK-WITH-MACHINE-CONNECTORS-INSPECTIO...

There is no Fusion file in that last attachment, just a step and parasolid of a vice.

Did you mean to upload your Fusion file with machine?

You STILL haven't told us what he error message you are getting is.

A screen recording of the problems you are having would go a long way to help us understand.

I tried to show the error several times along with the model file that would get rejected because it wasn't zipped. I am far beyond that now because of the help from this forum.

My latest problem is that I screwed up the machine in machine builder and am trying to select a machine file that is not screwed up and it say there is a link to another machine file and can't be loaded. I don't know what to do.

I fixed it by erasing documents of past machines in the machine picking page. Now it is doing something weird on the 3rd operation of flipping the platter 90 to the side?

Is there anyway to control how it decides how to position the axis'?

I want to do all the steps with the A axis positioned like the first 2 steps and just rotate the plater.

your Y axis is pointing the wrong way on ops 1,2,4. Your post will probably fix this automatically.

Operations 1 and 2 work great. Operation 3 is goofy and operation 4 is super goofy.

I changed the B axis to rotate around the Z axis and the simulation worked perfect for the next tool also. I am on my way!!! Thanks to all the help on this forum.
