PCB 2D Adaptive Clearing error

I´m tryng to do CNC PCB manufacturing, when use 2D Adaptive for Clearing dead copper, got this:

Error: (minimumCuttingRadius >= 0) and (minimumCuttingRadius < cutterRadius)

How to fix this?

There is a FUSION360 tutorial to manufacture CNC PCB?

The error is saying that the Minimum Cutting Radius is greater than the Cutter Radius, if you change the value to something less that the cutter radius then the error will go away.

However if that value is greater than some of the corners in the program then they may not be cleared out so maybe a setting of 0 might work best for you 🙂

The example image below shows a setting of 2.5mm for a 6mm cutter and there is no error as the value is less than the 3mm Radius of the Cutter 🙂 Hope this helps 🙂
