Parallel tool path issues

for some reason it wont let me select the entire rectangle where i want to contain the tool just the one side so as a result it wont calculate the tool path ........ file attached below

Hello!

Are you sure the tool orientation is correct? I just opened your project and the tool is not normal (perpendicular) to the box.

You need a sketch perpendicular to your tool direction. It is currently inline with your tool orientation. Either switch your tool orientation or make a new sketch for the one you have.
