Not following my geometry

Hey Folks,

So I've got this part, it's basically a 315 x 136 x 7mm rectangle. And on the bottom face of this rectangle (one of the 315x136 surfaces)  I've designed some notches at a certain point along the edge. Since I'm going to have a bunch of other features on the other such face, this side will be my "back side" which I'd like to mill first. So, when I ask 3D adaptive to tool path out this side, using a 0.3mm fine step down I get something that looks like it's going to make my desired shape. But, when I come back with a smaller bit on a copy and pasted version of the operation and use a 0.1mm fine stepdown you can clearly see that Fusion has no intentions of milling my geometry.    Then, when I try to clean up that mess with a scallop rest mill it seems to want to skip this patch in the middle.

Hey Seth,

Sure... attached below. Somethings have changed since I took the screen shots but setup1 is the back side. Model geometry got some fillets and chamfers since then.

Hi @Anonymous,

I took a short view at your model and solved the proble for the rest machining in those open pockets.

You hat selected also the outer contour what cost the problem.

I only took the 4 pockets and the results looks OK.
