New 3d tool view has tool depth a bit long

Just looked at the new 3d tool representations and the tool depth may be a bit misrepresented.

Yep, turning tools are known to have issues. We have lots of plans for turning tools for this year, so it's likely not going to be fixed for a bit

@seth.madore  Thanks.  Still a great step forward.  I really like the insert representation feature for threading and grooving.
