Nesting Extension - Component "Nested" Outside of Packaging

Hi,

I tried to nest these parts on a 4'x'8 sheet of plywood and Fusion is "nesting" one of the components outside of the packaging area and is also colliding with another part. 

I had successfully nested these parts, but after making a small change to another part (the part that was changed was a separate part that is not even being nested on this sheet), it is giving me this issue.

There are no pending Fusion updates. I have verified the part should fit comfortably within the packaging.

Any thoughts?

After the component changes, did you remember to re-calculate the nest study?

Yes - I did re-calculate the nest study. I also tried tweaking nesting parameters such as part spacing and border spacing.

Can you possibly share your model?  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
