Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to share it. The files are in our company vault and they are not allowing me to share.

I once had the post leave out a bunch of toolpaths. It was because I needed to re-generate the toolpaths (even though the yellow re-generate icon wasn't there). Try re-generating your toolpaths and try again?

Are you doing it from (1) the NC Program window, or by (2) right-clicking the toolpaths then pressing Post Process? I recommended selecting the Setup radio button (the button that activates the Setup), then from the Ribbon menu select the NC Program icon. What machine/post processor? Sorry if my suggestion is not applicable.

I was right clicking the toolpaths. I have deleted and regenerated the NC Program and it still does the same thing. I click on the Setup ribbon and click on the Create NC Program, bringing up a new sub window (not sure what it's called) with a Settings and Operations tabs. I go to Operations and select all the operations. I did not set up this account, but the machine dropdown says Autodesk and Post is Haas which is the machine its going to. I worked perfectly before when I did the other half of the part

OK, I would uncheck Machine Configuration (I actually don't even know what that does but I have never used it). And then under the Fusion Post Library (the open folder icon next to the Post selected) there are dozens of different Haas post processors. I don't see a single one called just "Haas". Mill or lathe? Is it the Next-Gen control? Pre-NGC? Etc. etc. My suspicion is you are using the wrong post processor. Look through the Haas Automation options in the Fusion Library and choose the right one. If somebody has posted to the machine before look at what post they used and what settings they modified.
