Multi-axis sections must already have suitable MachineAxisValues records

Since the latest update (2.0.11183) I'm getting the above error when trying to post a Swarf toolpath.  This was posting fine in the previous version with no changes to the toolpath between Fusion versions.

I'm using a machine configuration with my post and calling it from the NC Program, but the rotary axes are correctly defined in that.  I get the same error with my machine / post and also ones from the Fusion library.

The error is showing as coming from the activateMachine() and onOpen() functions.

The actual machine configuration is done in the Post Processor, not in any Machine Configuration that you have in your Setup in Fusion.

It is likely that the Post Processor you were using has been overwritten on the update because it isn`t  located in either your Local (Personal) Post Library or your Cloud Post Library.

When Post Processors are updated then any Edits that have been made to the Post Processor are lost.

Do you have the "Automatic Post Processor and Machine Updates" enabled in your "Preferences" ??

I’m using the machine builder preview feature, so the post is getting the machine kinematic from the machine configuration. Neither the post or the machine configuration have been overwritten as they are both customised, so this wouldn’t apply. 

Is everyone else able to post Swarf toolpaths in the latest version of Fusion?

Using the latest Fusion version 2.0.11183 I am not able to replicate your issue here, Swarf toolpath generates, simulates and Posts code without problems here.

I can only assume that something has been changed in your Machine Configuration or your Post Processor so not being able to test with your Machine Configuration and Post Processor then not able to help you I am afraid, I can only show that it is working here and hopefully someone much more knowledgable than I will be able to help you, maybe an Autodesk "Brainiac" will pick up on this and sort it for you. Probably something simple that neither of us has spotted  😞

@engineguy thanks very much for taking the time to try this out for me, and for making a video of the result.

I've managed to get it working again by changing the post variable useMultiAxisFeatures from true to false.  This then threw up another problem with a probing op which could have been resolved quite easily.

The really odd thing is that it's now working again with useMultiAxisFeatures back on true!  I have no idea what was going on, but everything is right with the world again now.

Glad you got it sorted, hopefully someone at Autodesk will look into this as it is very odd that the changes you made resolved the issue !!

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue today. I haven't changed anything related to my post and am using a locally stored post. My post is configured using Machine Config and Machine Builder/Machine Simulation preview.

I had the issue again a couple of days ago, but after generating all the operations again it cleared itself.  There's definately something odd going on, but it's an intermittent issue which makes it that much harder to diagnose.

I managed to post a 5 axis program once yesterday after I updated my post. However I made an edit to a 3 axis toolpath in the program and it wouldn't let me repost.
