Multi axis chamfer - HELP

Hello, im trying to do this radial chamfer operation using just one 3d toolpath. The way i figured to do it is using circular pattern + 2d contour using wrap around cylinder + tool orientation. My machine is a Hardinge Talent 51 mill/turn.

Can someone help me please ? I already tried rotary toolpath for that but on the flat areas didn't worked well

Hi.  I was able to make something work with SWARF.  File attached.

@brad_francola I "think" it's still going to post out as a 5-axis code, no? AFAIK, 4-axis limiting is only for the Flow strategy, and it's an Extension item

Thank you @brad_francola but as @seth.madore said, i can't use the swarf because it's a 5th axis operation so the post says that's not supported for the machine configuration.

I tried to use the flow strategy for that with 4th axis limitation but i didn't get the desired path, so to be clear, i can't make this toolpath in fusion 360 right now, that's right ?

I suppose there is some sort of restriction on your end, but...  why don't you do it as a simple 2d contour from the front side?  Why coming from the side?

@DarthBane55  On the machine that i'm running this part i don't have a live tool holder to come from the front side, but i do have a radial one that i'm using for that. This is why i'm doing that, i already figured how to make the part using the 2d countour as shown on the file available, but i think i should be able to get this in one shot ( one 3d toolpath ).

You might be able to do it with a couple 2D Wrap Contour toolpaths, but sadly, it's not currently possible with just one toolpath. Could you share your Fusion file so we can poke at it a bit?
