Hello everyone,

 I know how how to wrap a circular toolpath, but for the life of me I can't even get the toolpath I want.

I only want the tool to travel across the length in straight lines then lift up and return to the begin of the next pass, and only in between the tips of the teeth, don't need to machine the top of the teeth. Also needs to start before the face and extend past the back.

 Any help would be great.

You need to select an open chain and use tangential extensions

Thanks for responding, but I do need to cut the entire inside of it.

You mean cut the entire tooth profile? If so, that is the wrong tool path. Are you starting from a round blank? If so, you will need to gash the tooth profile first as the finishing tool will break trying to take that all out in one cut. Try using blend, pick the tooth profile for the cutting surfaces, like so, 

Then use these 2 lines as your guide curves:
