Manufacturing simulation playback speed problem

Since the most recent update to Fusion, the playback speed in machining simulations has been messed up.  Before, zooming out would speed up the playback and zooming in would slow it down.  This was an awesome feature.  It allowed me to breeze through parts of the program I was not worried about and look closely at sections I was.  Now, I have to manually move the slider with my mouse to change the speed of the simulation.  And the default playback speed is so fast that I miss half the simulation before I can get down to the slider to slow it down, unless I remember to slow it down before slicking play.  It is super annoying.  Is there a way to turn the old functionality back on?

Autodesk are aware of the default speed being too fast hopefully that'll be fixed in the next update.

How did you ever manage to change the speed by zooming? I've not ever had/noticed that functionality but thought it would be good. The previous package I used you could do that and it was really handy.

That is good to hear. 

I have no idea how I got mine to do the zoom speed control thing.  It has just always done it.  I assumed it was the default.

@sean @metzyhk the Zoom/Simulation speed was long ago fixed, it sounds to me like your encountering something altogether different. Could you expand more on your issues?
