It looks like you are not completely in synch, on at least one of the computers, with what's in the cloud. This has impacted some scenarios -- especially when using sub-folders within the Cloud folders.

Can you tell which of the computers is "right", in terms of what should be seen? I can give you instructions for re-synchronizing.

neither but one is closer than other

I was also trying to setup Cam Machines, and I ended just editing the manage page in one computer.
It's never been in in sync.

You can re-synch a computer to what's in the cloud with these steps (assuming windows):

1) Shut down Fusion

2) In Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory %localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<userid>\W.Login

3) Rename the "M" directory -- e.g., to "zzM" (to serve as a backup).

4) Restart Fusion

This should trigger the download into the local holding area of what is in the Cloud folders.

its almost fixed.  I see 2 folders still missing and in data panel it says that the specific library is not currently available. If I go to F360 Cloud its still there.

I hope this may be something that can be fixed in future?

It took me awhile to find My user as its just a random alpha numeric and 4 different log ins use this computer.  i found it by date

The "not currently available" means that that particular version doesn't have its content available, so it can't download it. You may need to use the web view to promote an older version.

Or, you may find the right folder under that renamed M directory -- in its backup sub-folder -- that you can upload as a new version to restore what may have failed to upload.

Let's just say that you will have fewer problems if you don't. (I know that's not a great answer).
