Mach3 Turning / F360 Post Processor finishing tool path goes crazy

Hello,

I'm new to playing around with CNC not very experienced with G Code.
I'm having a little trouble working out a problem I'm using fusion360 and
(Mach3 Turning / F360 Post Processor File) for posting g code for mach3 turn
This is the problem if I try to turn a radius
the roughing tool path is perfect but when I try to do finishing tool path it go's crazy and I have given in that it has beaten me.
And have been doing everything in roughing cuts but now have a job that needs me to do in finish cuts
I have attached photos of both cuts and g code for roughing and finishing tool paths if anyone can help that would be awesome life saver. Thanks for your time, David

Could you also share your Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

For what it's worth, this is also showing up in the code, so we can rule out any controller issues:

I found that the scale value for your X axis output is set to "1" (radius output) where in the generic mach 3 turning post scale is set to "2" (diameter output).
var xFormat = createFormat({decimals:(unit == MM ? 3 : 4), forceDecimal:true, scale:1});

Is that change desired? When I change this back to "2", the nc program and backplot looks correct to me again.

Hi there thanks for replying to me
Try it. It's worse now roughing cut is bad now as well as finish cuts and
its about 25mm off center makes part bigger and not round at all. Sorry

Ok, i found the following in the Mach3 Turn manual:

Make sure that "Diameter" is enabled in your settings since the standard posts outputs the X-axis coordinates as diameter (which is a very common thing for lathes).

@woodgrainnz where did you get that post processor? The output from that post versus what the generic Mach3 post gives is quite stark.

Hey so I'm no where near fixing the problem 

Have started using F360 post processing 

Still having problems.

So I zero the X Axis load the simple g code

20mm stock with radius round ball end

Start it it moves 9.94mm off where it is meant to be and starts cutting air so tryed offsetting the 9.94mm but cuts about 10mm passed the radius like its cutting a bigger ball end. It does  cut thr 20mm flat stock right on the offset 

I'm lost and losing the plot. Lol.....

I just don't know where to go from here 😕
