MACH3 G-code - Bad Character and K word problems

Hi

having problems with Gcode that actually someone very kindly done for me in an original post. as the title suggest, keep having errors with Bad character and K word.

there are so many lines that I have been at it for 2 days now and only managed to get hald way through but surely there must be another way of sorting it. I use Mach 3 programme when milling if that makes a difference. 

any help would be great. ill attach the gcode with this post

No, a simulation will not stop the machine unless you do not have a license then at the 500th line it will stop dead in its tracts.
