After switching from the Apple App Store Fusion to the direct installed Fusion I can not longer access my cloud post processors or install local Post Processors.

Hi -

Can you add a little more detail, please? When you say you can't add local ones, what happens?

Is your Cloud Libraries option enabled?

I added my local post processors per http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?caas=caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-add-a-Post-P...' My Cloud Post Processors work on machines with App Store Fusion but direct install fusion gray out When I select Cloud or Personal drop down grayed out.

OK, thanks. If you navigate to the area that's referenced in the article for your local posts, what do you see there?

Also, what about for your cloud posts? As I recall, that's in a location like ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/<UserId>/W.login/M.

In My Local I installed OpenbuildsGRBL.cps

In my Cloud "Assist -> CAMPost I have 4 CPS files that show up fine when I use Fusion installed via Apple App store but with installing from Autodesk installer I just get gray out box except for Generic built in processors

Can you show me the location in your directory structure where you installed these, and what's in the Cloud cache location I mentioned above?

Thanks,

I can now Get to my Cloud Post after I followed instructions bellow from:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fusio...

  1. Go online in Fusion 360 to sync all of your offline data to the cloud. Once completed, exit Fusion 360.
  2. Uninstall Fusion 360 from the Launchpad
    • Drag the Fusion 360 icon from the LaunchPad to the trash.
  3. Using Finder, navigate to /Users/%username%/Library/Containers.
Note: This is a hidden directory. For more information on how to enable the Library folder, see:
How to Access Hidden Library Folder on MacOS
  1. Delete the following:
    • com.autodesk.mas.fusion360
    • com.autodesk.mas
  2. Visit the Autodesk Account Management Page
  3. Next to Fusion 360 in Products and Services, select the Download Now button
  4. Run the installation file that just downloaded
  5. Sign in and keep designing!

Sorry for asking so many questions, but I really need to see what you're seeing on your system in those 2 areas. What do you mean by "I can not get to my Cloud Post"?

So what I found is if you do not clear out Library items per instructions when installing Fusion from autodesk then your cloud post and local post do not show up. Also Looks like they moved location of Local Post form Library to Users Documents folder
