lines cut on top of stock that arent in my model.

hi folks! having alot of fun cutting in fusion! 

im cutting this model, seems to program fine in the pocket toolpath with a 1 inch bit but my contour toolpath has something weird going on..

there are these lines that go across the stock i dont know why..

using a .5 ballnose for contour.

Change your Top Height to Model Top (or possibly a touch below that, perhaps -.001). I've got it calculating right now at Model Top, will update this response when it's finished.

Okay, upon further inspection, it's because the top face is not perpendicular to the Z axis:
