Keep Sharp Corner - Inlay Toolpath Failure

The toolpath for these little pieces I am trying cut has very sharp points. If I select Roll Around Corners the toolpath generates. If I select Keep Sharp Corners or Keep Sharp Corners with Loop the toolpath won't generate?

Trying to get this test set up before I dive into a complex MOP inlay project.

I was able to create a tool path by separating the parts further away from each other, the toolpath needs some space to be able to lead off the part to keep the sharp corners.

I applied .0001 fillet on all sharp corners and was able to produce tool path with all 3 options.

Not sure if you must have sharp edges but this works, it's another option.

It is a tool fit with no error notification that the tool does not fit between the small parts, both @Anonymous  and @Anonymous  are correct.
