isues with machine simulation not aligning the machine axis with the setup axis

hey, i have been using a custom machine (the Unisign Unipro 5P) in the machine simulation for a while now without any problems and have recently added the Hermle C32u to my library and when i tested it in the simulation it put the machine upside down in z. Then i did some changes to the Unisign and when i tested this it switched the x en y axis with each other. so now i am wondering if i did something wrong or if something else changed.

i added the two machines in question and also a test program i have been using to test the machines the simulation.

After trying out different things i managed to solve the isues i was having.

The only thing i really did differently was i created a new machine definition for both machines and i did not define a point for the part when setting up the machine model.

I also moved the origin point to the center of the c axis on the bed and now it places my parts with the fixtures on the correct place in the machine dispite not having the point defined.

I'm having the same issue, have a Haas CM-1 with a TRT70 Trunnion. Had the machine sim dialed in and now all of a sudden my Z axis is inverted, i defined the machine again from scratch like you said, still didn't work, the machine is in the proper orientation now on Z however it's placing the part at a weird angle. Not sure what to do anymore.

i dont know if this would fix it but i also noticed that when i changed something in the machine builder enviroment, when i hit finish and went back to the manufacture or design workspace i did not seem to close the machine builder. when i closed the machine model and opend it back the machine builder was stil "active". i got it to close by forcing a save by toggling the view of something and when i saved the machine builder stayed finnished. so i think maybe by doing this you are sure it is really updated in the library as well.

i hope this helps you, i spent half a day to almost a full day changing different things before i finally got it to work again.
