Issue with Tool Selection or Creation for Milling in Fusion 360

I am encountering an issue with performing a milling operation. I am unable to select or create the necessary tool for the process. Could you please guide me on how to proceed in order to continue preparing for the milling operation? Thank you in advance.

Kinda Related question,  could there be an Exemple of how to write a good entry?
at the "reply to messange" or "post to the forums" page?
with pictures attached, video maybe and a f3z File.

then i susspect there would be less asking for a better explanation of the problem.
just as in fusion when you hover over text, a helpful pop up appears, explaning the function/alternatives.

That might be something we could do and make it a "stickied" post, but many visitors don't even bother and just go straight to posting their questions 🙂
