Invalid Operations

I made some changes to an existing program this evening and when I went to post process it, I got a pop-up that said, "One or more operations are invalid" with an option to continue anyway or not.  I clicked to continue anyway and the program posted normally with no further issues.  The program doesn't indicate any issues when simulated but I'm not sure whether to trust the G-Code or not.  I do have one operation at the end, a .05 corner radius that I have protected because I suppressed the feature while programming all the other operations.  Not sure if this has anything to do with it or not.  I've done this before with radiuses and fillets and never got the invalid operations pop-up.  Program attached.

What I can gather is you changed something on the design which is affecting a couple of operations on the Manufacturing side.

I opened your file and it looks like you rolled the deign back a few spots which turned off a couple of fillets on the top and bottom of your model.  

Those two operations in CAM were referring to edges that no longer exist now.

In the Manufacture space, the model that is shown does not have the fillets I am referring to. 

Are you still wanting to machine those rounds on the model with that form tool?  In your NC programs, those toolpaths will still post.

Yes, that is what I did, and yes I do want to machine the corner rounds.  I originally had a chamfer on the edges but the anodizing was prone to chipping so a changed it to a round over after the first run of parts.  Having the features turned on creates issues with the preceding operations so I turn them off to make adjustments as necessary.  I've done this on other projects and never go the invalid operations warning.  I suspected this was the issue but wasn't entirely sure.  Sounds like you agree so I won't worry about it.  Thanks!

Hi @timothyhinessr 

Yes, since you protected those toolpaths, they remain intact.  If you didn't, those toolpaths would need to be re-generated with updated geometry from the changed model.
