If 'relative size tube' chosen in setup, WCS is OFF CENTER for no obvious reasons

Its significant, but its hard to see, if you wont check stock size.

Odd, without seeing your file it is not easy to see what has gone wrong, it seems to work OK here, see images below and attached file. In your Images there is a Sketch, what is the reason for it and does it align with the Part ??

Also, what Build are you on, there were some issues like this a while back but it seems to be OK now 🙂 I have Build 2.0.14569

I have the same, up to date version. Selecting axis helps, but now should be mandatory or else WCS just lands somewhere, near enough to be easly missed.

On your last picture, the stock looks off center to the part.  Something might have moved somewhere, can you try to repick the part as the model to machine and see if the stock falls in place?

It is bug CAM-40426, which was fixed yesterday.  You will get the fix in an upcoming release.
