How to tackle this chamfer

I'm having trouble CAMing a chamfer I've managed to make something look like it in other words fudge it, would anyone else have any ideas on how to tackle this?? http://a360.co/2psnSSd

See attached file. Using "2D Contour", I selected the TOP edge of the chamfer, completely around the edge:

And now set your Chamfer dialog to this:

Side note; the 2D Chamfer operation also seems to yield the same results, although in Simulation it may be removing a tad too much, which shouldn't be possible, as it is a "model aware" toolpath
