RE: How to slice a solid into layers for slotted form? (old function from 123D Make)

I am transitioning from 123D Design and 123D Make to Fusion 360.

In 123D Design I could model a form, then process it in 123D Make to get a PDF file of layers that I would trace, cut out of foam core and assemble.  There was also an option for slotted forms in 123D Make.

Is there equivalent functionality in Fusion 360?  Where is it located?

What are key terms I can search to teach myself how to use the new process?

Thanks

Sounds like you want to slice up a model in certain thicknesses, like cake layers? I would ask this question over in the Design subforum as the machining will be what you do with the sliced sections afterwards.

@Steinwerks just in case you don't venture into the Design forum; I found a YouTube video by Autodesk showcasing a new plug-in: https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=8699194120463301363&os=Win64&appLang=en

This does (I think) exactly what the OP is looking for. I downloaded it, but haven't played with it yet. Looks promising
