How to generate Mach3 file?

Milling machine: CNCEST (China) Fetcoi CNC 6090.
Soft:Mach3

I also have one question regarding the 4 rotary axis.
I am new to Fucion360. Everything looks good when simulating the model, but when trying to
generate *.tap file for mach3 I get an error.

You're using the Mach3 "turning" post processor, which is for lathes. You want to be using the Mach 3 "milling" post processor. Additionally, you'll want to make sure you've enabled the 4th axis in the Configuration section of the post dialog.

I corrected this. Now another error appeared.

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

You have your Setup created incorrectly, you want your X axis running along the axis of the shaft, not the Z axis.
